Dr. Shawn Javid - Santa Clarita, CA

Dr. Shawn, co-founder of Promenade Dentistry, completed his undergraduate studies at California State University Northridge (CSUN), where he received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biological Sciences. He graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry (UOP) in San Francisco. After graduating from UOP, Dr. Shawn continued his education with a one-year residency program, focusing on cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery, his two favorite disciplines. Dr. Shawn has taken numerous courses and internships to further his education and stay current with the latest technologies and developments since graduating from dental school with honors in 1995. Some of these include:”State Of The Art Esthetics”, “Occlusion in Clinical Practice,” “Adult Oral Sedation” (Sedation Dentistry), “The Art Of Endodontics,” “Surgical & Prosthetic Curriculum in Oral Implantology,” “Beyond Osseointegration, Immediate Load” (Implantology), and “Invisalign Certification.” Dr. Javid is a proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the California State Dental Association, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, the Holistic Dental Association, the Internet Dental Alliance, and the San Fernando Valley County Dental Society (SFVDS).
